## Inventory of the source map

Captions: Shangri-La, Jinsha River, Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, Three Parallel Rivers Gorge, Hengduan Mountains, Gaoligong Mountains, Tengchong, Baoshan, Ruili, Lijiang, Dali, Erhai Lake, Kunming, Dianchi Lake, Qujing, Fengqing, Lincang, Pu’er, Yuxi, Mengzi, Xishuangbanna, Jinghong. Imagery: northwestern snowy peaks, monastery/stupa and yaks; Lijiang wooden buildings, Dali Bai architecture; a caravan in the western mountains; tea gardens Fengqing/Lincang; the forested south, Dai temple and palms; Hani terraces in the southeast — rice, not tea.

## Tea territories and fact separation

The main contrast is ancient-tree forest tea and plantation rows, pu'er and Dianhong, production and northern trade/drinking stops. Xishuangbanna: Menghai with Bulang/Nannuo/Bada; Yiwu/Mengla; Jinghong. Pu'er: Simao/Ning'er, Jinggu/Jingdong, Jingmai/Lancang. Lincang: Shuangjiang/Mengku, Yongde and Fengqing/Dianhong; Baoshan/Changning/Tengchong; Dehong. Dali/Nanjian — cultivation, Xiaguan — important processing/trade; Kunming — trade, without an invented plantation at every urban building. Jingmai is shown as understory farming, not giant parallel fields. The snowy north and Hani rice terraces do not replace tropical tea gardens. We do not draw a non-existent single watercourse from three parallel rivers and do not make medical promises about pu'er.

## Seven independent solutions

- **C1: Forest leaf and press stone.** A large forest tea leaf connects the southern villages with the work of pu'er masters.
- **C2: A word grown from the tea forest.** Real hands, forest branches, and pressing enter YUNNAN; the letters remain readable.
- **C3: Forest, workshop, tea road.** Coherent geography shows the forested south and western tea valleys at different scales.
- **C4: From snowy ridge to tea forest.** Three depths: northern trade routes, city rooftops and a large southern tea courtyard.
- **C5: Leaf, caravan and southern roofs.** Broad outlines turn the region into an energetic tea parade.
- **C6: Tea caravan road.** A broken line of movement leads from the mountain city to forest tea and the press.
- **C7: Ten things of Yunnan.** A large tea leaf, a press and various roofs read in a simple three-colour drawing.

## Technical and editorial boundaries

C1 uses the first two colors of the regional palette, C2–C3 all five, C4–C7 the first three. The background is truly transparent; there is no mandatory empty space percentage. C1–C6 is a coherent composition, C7 is 8–10 large simple groups. Only English text; C7 is only the region name. Master 3840 × 1280 px; final PNG RGBA 3840 × 1152 px, 250 × 75 mm.

The maps are an artistic source, not a geodetic plan. Symbolic proximity of scenes does not mean they are located on the same plot. The number of places explored is wider than the number of captions; the execution and quality of individual scenes are checked on the finished image. The prompt itself does not confirm the completeness of the result.
