# Publication and review rules

Exactly seven completed regional collections C1–C7, with 32 regions in each: 224 verified designs related to tea.travel. Additional regional variants outside this matrix are available only at cups.tea.equipment.

Only the specific verified version without identified defects is published. The mere presence of PNG, technically successful generation, or previous publication does not grant artistic license.

For each file, the review decision, the source of that decision, and the SHA-256 of the image and the full prompt chain are stored. When a file or prompt is replaced, the previous approval ceases to apply; the changed version requires a new review. Public registry of approved files: [quality.json](/en/quality.json).

Verification includes legibility of inscriptions, regional facts and tea content, composition, absence of obvious artifacts, as well as format, file integrity and required transparency. The card indicates the actual type of confirmation: owner's choice or documented team verification. Approval for display does not mean approval of production run.

Unverified works have the internal status “awaiting review.” This is not an admission of defect. Rejected, damaged, replaced, and awaiting-review versions are kept in the working archive and are not published in the gallery or via direct download links. Failed intermediate images are not included in the catalog; the exact edit prompts that led to an accepted result are included in its history.

Current published set: 224 works. Technical verification compares the actual PNG and prompt with the accepted version; it does not replace artistic evaluation.

On both sites, identical regional IDs correspond to identical PNG and prompts. The shared catalog cups.tea.equipment includes all verified works from all projects: 224 designs from seven regional collections, two additional Guangdong (GD10 and GD15), and 49 previously accepted works — 275 in total. The additional Guangdong are not part of cups.tea.travel. New publications go through the same selection process.

Open use terms: [Public / free use](/en/usage/). Full prompt chains and documentation are available without registration.
